Julia is a coach at CrossFit Wall Street & Oculus Fitness, teaching group classes weekly for athletes of all ages, lifestyles & abilities. She is passionate about helping clients find their purpose in the gym & wants to encourage actors & everyday people to incorporate strength training & functional fitness into their everyday lives.
Julia is currently accepting personal training & small group training clients (both virtually & in person)!

1 on 1 training in person or virtually. In our sessions we will determine your fitness goals & create a program that will not only help you achieve them, but move well & efficiently in & outside the gym!

Is the cost of personal training keeping you from taking that first step? Would you prefer to hit the gym with friends? In our sessions we will create goals as a group, motivate each other to show up & train in a fun & exciting environment!

Having a plan in the gym is so important! Your goals are more likely to be achieved if you have a roadmap to your goals. Together we will identify your goals, the equipment available to you & write both short and long term plans that will make your time in the gym both fun & efficient!
